Swedish Reality Show Allt för Sverige On The Hunt For Americans For Ninth Season

The Great Swedish Adventure is back, and it’s looking for Americans who have Swedish ancestry to join its cast.

The Swedish TV show Allt för Sverige (the American title is the Great Swedish Adventure), one of the most popular shows in Sweden, is casting for its ninth season.

Who is the show interested in? Americans ages 19 to 70 with Swedish ancestry who have never been to Sweden but have an interest to learn about their roots. Participants travel to Sweden and compete in cultural challenges to discover their rich and fascinating roots. The winner gets a chance to meet their Swedish relatives.

The deadline to apply to be on the award-winning show is Jan. 31, 2019. (Here are a few helpful hints from casting director Sofia Eng to consider when applying.)
