Swe-Dishes: Swedish Kalpudding

Over the past few months, we’ve been sharing recipes from some of the wonderful chefs and foodies we met during our first year of Umgås magazine.

Today, we’re sharing something that dropped into our inbox: a delicious dish of Swedish kalpudding from the New York Times’ Sam Sifton. Sifton describes it as “an early-week no-recipe recipe that you could knock down on a Monday night with ease.”
