Swe-Dishes (And Drinks): Malmö Mule
Mules are a must during the hot summer months. From the original Moscow Mule, made with vodka, to a Kentucky Mule, made with bourbon, and the endless varieties of fruits, herbs and shrubs that can be added in, there’s a mule for everyone.
Today, we’re sharing our take – created by one of our writers – on a mule that uses aquavit, the Malmö Mule. Hints of caraway and fennel from the Scandinavian spirit give this mule an herbaceous and slightly savory flavor.
We hope you enjoy.
