Send The Swedes To The NHL All-Star Game – Vote By Jan. 10
Readers, let’s do our part to send our Swedes into this year’s NHL All-Star Game.
For the first time, the NHL has given fans the power to pick one player from each division to go to the All-Star Game, which takes place on Saturday, Jan. 26 in San Jose, Calif. Head over to the NHL’s All-Star Ballot website to cast your vote by Jan. 10. To help, we’ve pulled together a little cheat sheet:
- Gabriel Landeskog, Colorado Avalanche (Central Division)
- Filip Forsberg, Nashville Predators (Central Division)
- Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Arizona Coyotes (Pacific Division)
- Nicklas Bäckström, Washington Capitals (Metropolitan Division)
Other Swedes already named to the All-Star rosters include Henrik Lundqvist from the New York Rangers and Erik Karlsson from the San Jose Sharks, the host team for this year’s event.
