Odell Beckham Jr., Daniel Wellington Form Partnership
Odell Beckham Jr., one of the most explosive players in the NFL, recently has drawn the attention of sports fans around the States and beyond. While his play on the field has been stellar – his 288 receiving yards through the first three games are good enough for fourth best in the league – it’s what he’s worn on the field that’s driven the bulk of the conversation.
In the first game of the season, OBJ was spotted wearing a Richard Mille watch, which retails around $200,000. Backlash was swift, but this did not deter the Cleveland Browns wide receiver. In his next game, he again wore a Richard Mille timepiece. This time though, he upped the ante with an exclusive watch – one of 10 in the world – that sells for more than $2 million.

His affinity for luxury watches, on and off the field, already is paying dividends. Daniel Wellington, the Stockholm-based watchmaker, announced that Beckham Jr. is one of the faces for its new global campaign, according to Page Six. It’s TBD whether OBJ will sport a DW on the field.
