Heritage Distilling Co. chief mixologist Philip Robbins created a special cocktail that stars its aquavit Bestemors and mixes it with flavors that are perfect for the holiday season.

2 oz Bestemors Aquavit (available at HDC Ballard only)
1 oz Honey Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker, over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
