Sweden vacation season will be here before you know it.

In Sweden, July and August tend to be the best months to visit, with temperatures fluctuating from a pretty-perfect 68 to 71 degrees.

Finding an affordable Airbnb can help take some of the pressure off the pocket so you can enjoy Sweden in its prime. But when it comes to vacation, you still want to feel like you are somewhere special, and that’s where this list comes in.

Here are some unique Airbnb finds that won’t break the bank. Use those extra savings for daily fikas.

Studio apartment in Vasastan, Stockholm

This apartment is everything. A modern studio apartment all for yourself, for $44 a night, and it just happens to scream minimalism and is beautifully decorated.

Luxury apartment Odenplan/Vasastan 

Again, less than 50 bucks, but this time, with room for four people. If you are traveling with friends or another couple and splitting the difference, this apartment is so incredibly affordable. Or if you are traveling with kids, this is the way to go. You have more space and more amenities than a hotel room, but for less money. The fact that the apartment is gorgeous is icing on the cake.

Straying a bit from the clean Scandinavian aesthetic to this cozy, charming apartment. For only $39 a night, two guests can enjoy staying in Vasastan. It is decorated with quirky pops of color and live greenery and feels like a home away from home. A review of the apartment mentions the proximity to a cute fondue shop, which we are in full support of.

To round out our list, consider this cozy renovated building dating to 1884. Though on the smaller size, the apartment’s décor is the perfect combination of modern and charming. While the inside of the apartment is beautiful, the location is even better. Restaurants, cafés and shops are all within walking distance, and it is only a 15-minute walk to Gamla Stan and the Royal Castle.
