On April 7 Join IKEA for a Swedish Easter PåskbordApril 3, 2017
Easter is almost upon us, so what time is it? Smörgåsbord time. And IKEA, one of our favorite Swedish retailers here in the U.S. is bringing the feast to a location near you.
On Friday April 7, join participating IKEA stores for a Påskbord meal. Bring the family and come hungry because it’s all you can eat. Buffet offerings may differ according to franchise location, but IKEA’s statement about the event boasted four courses full of tasty Swedish offerings.
Hard-boiled eggs and salmon highlight the first course, with cucumber salad, bread and cheese in the second course.
You’ll never guess what’s on the menu in the main course. Just kidding, you probably can – Swedish meatballs and potatoes, of course!
Last (but most definitely not least), IKEA will have a selection of pastries and cookies to choose from because a meal is never complete without something sweet to round it out.
The best part? It’s all you can eat, so if you’re still hungry head back up for round two!
With a feast like this, it’s bound to be packed, so contact your nearest IKEA store for more details, including seating times. (To find an IKEA near you, visit the “Store Locator” and enter your city/state or zip code.)
Tickets are available for only $16.99/person and $4.99 for kids 12 and under, or at a discounted rate for IKEA FAMILY members ($12.99 per person / $2.99 for kids 12 and under).
