Swedish Reality Show ‘Allt för Sverige’ Searching For Season 10 Cast

Americans, do you have Swedish ancestors? Do you want to learn more about your Swedish roots? Have you never been to Sweden but have an urge visit and explore?

If you answered yes to all three, congratulations, you fit the bill to apply to be a cast member for Season 10 of reality show “Allt för Sverige” aka “The Great Swedish Adventure.”

The Emmy Award-winning television series will send selected American participants to Sweden this summer to compete in extreme cultural challenges that unveil each participant’s family roots. The winner of the show will win the chance to meet their Swedish relatives.

When applying, the show suggests sending a video (from 30 seconds to two minutes) to help the casting director and producers get to know the applicants.

Last year, we chatted with the show’s casting director, Sofia Eng, who offered some additional helpful hints when applying including:

• Be yourself and as organic as possible.
• Be open about telling your story.
• Send photos.

The deadline to apply to be on the show is Jan. 25, 2020.
