Oumph! Food for the Future

We know Sweden is all about eco-friendly living, and one veggie-loving company is beginning to make a splash in the sustainable food industry.

Oumph! is part of the Food for Progress movement  ̶  which inspires people to take on the responsibility of consuming food that is nutritious and environmentally friendly. Now that’s an idea we can get behind.

With nine varieties of soybean food, Oumph! is changing the way we look at low-climate impact foods forever. The best part? You won’t believe you’re eating soybeans. To prove that Oumph! is just as satisfying as other proteins, it has turned to Instagram to share creative dishes.

Try not to drool. And for more mouthwatering Oumph! dishes, check out its Instagram. Your taste buds (and the environment) will thank you.

Soybean baby back ribs? Yep, that’s a thing now.

With Oumph!, you can grill, deep-fry, sauté or boil it to prepare a dish. It also works well with any kind of seasoning you please.

Soybean burger night anyone?

According to Oumph!’s calculations, 30 grams of beef and 1,000 grams of Oumph! have the same environmental impact.
